Description

The vessel is an 11.70-metre custom aluminum motor yacht, designed by Avia Design Group, naval architect Grahame Shannon, and built by Jim McIntyre of Port Colborne, Ontario.

The hull design features a raked bow and square stern, a single hard chine, and moderate deadrise. The internal hull remains consistent from bow to stern. The stern includes a large swim platform over a fitted stern drive unit.

Interior accommodations include mahogany decking, cabinetry, doors, and furnishings. The wood cabinetry is observed to be in polished, good condition throughout the main salon, lower accommodation deck, washroom, and forward berth. Includes generator, air conditioner & radar.

Performance & Hull Features

A 36' aluminum express cruiser, this vessel is equipped with the patented FlowMocean™ hull. A single 420 HP diesel engine delivers a top speed of over 20 knots and achieves more than 3 nautical miles per US gallon at a cruising speed of 16 knots.
That’s twice the speed of a trawler with better fuel economy!
