Constructed of fiberglass the C&C Corvette is a traditional design with a relatively narrow beam, long overhang and a graceful sheer. It has a moderately sized deckhouse and a balanced sailplan. The boat has a long shoal draft keel drawing 3"3" with the board up and 7' with the board down. The boat carries 4,000 pounds of ballast which is located ahead of the centerboard. The side decks are wide and there is a large foredeck. Power is provided by an Atomic Four gas engine.
