Shipping & Returns

Orders placed are mostly shipped next business day if not same day. All orders are handled urgently with prompt email providing payment confirmation and tracking. 
Shipping delivery estimates shown during check-out are provided by Canada Post. We make every attempt to meet the estimated times but cannot guarantee delivery by their estimated dates. We do not ship boats or outboard motors.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any PayPal fee's or related charges can not be refunded by paypal and will therefore be reduced from the amount refunded by Bridge Yachts Ltd. By using paypal services you agree to pay any related charges, no exceptions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • All Labour and or Installation Services
  • Life Jackets, Personal Floatation Devices, and Towable Toys.
  • Boat Packages

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Portable Outboard Motors - Less 25% restocking fee.
  • Sup Boards - Less 40% restocking fee.
  • Inflatable boats less than 11 feet in length - Less 25% restocking fee.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Final Sale items: (if applicable)
Unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Return Shipping:
To return your product, you must first contact us to make a request. If approved the product must then be delivered to our address; 49 Harbour St, PO BOX 1329, Port Dover, ON, N0A 1N0, Canada.
You will be responsible for return shipping fee's. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
